After finishing his apprenticeship as architectural draftsman and his subsequent structural engineering studies in 1998 Dirk Heisterkamp pushed the construction logistics at a subsidiary of a big German construction group being responsible for this business segment until 2014. Furthermore he supported the development of the logistic services at the subsidiaries in Austria and Qatar. Thus he has been involved for more than 15 years in numerous projects as construction logistician and pioneer. He is active in several national workshops and gives lectures at different colleges. Moreover, he is involved in the further development of construction logistics referring to the approach of lean construction. As Managing Director and founder of the SiteLog GmbH he is now even more focusing on optimizing construction processes as well as advising and accompanying parties involved.
By the way, in his spare time you will find him snowboarding in the Alps during winter time, in the summer, however, as native Essener he prefers to spend his time at the Baldeneysee.

Christian Otto grew up in Friedrichshafen at Lake Constance. He studied in Aachen as well as in Coventry and finished his German-British studies with a Master's degree in Business (Diplom-Kaufmann). After spending some time in the U.S. and England he started his professional career at a publicly traded construction company in 2001. As Senior Manager Strategic Projects he was responsible for the national/international strategic development as well as for the product development and restructuring. To date he is a MBA lecturer in Strategic Management. In 2009 Christian Otto changed his position to the senior management of the logistic subsidiary of the construction group. Until 2014 he was, among other things, as Managing Director responsible for the Austrian subsidiary. He is founder and Managing Director of the SiteLog GmbH and develops tailor-made solutions together with our customers.
Privately Christian Otto is an enthusiastic skier. Moreover he is very passionate about tennis and soccer.

Gernot Kunz, after completing his training as a civil engineer and taking his master builder examination, first worked in the classical construction industry with a listed construction company in Austria. After passing through the plains from the construction technician to the GU construction supervisor, he started his own building business from 2002 onwards. As of 2011, he brought as a CEO of a large German construction building logistics first to Austria and was responsible also for the Swiss market from 2014 on.
As the founder and managing director of SiteLog Austria GmbH in Austria, he is convinced to implement the various possibilities and processes of building logistics together with the customers here as well.
Private is Gernot Kunz as a former competitor mostly on the bike at long exits to meet, but also by the close mountains of the Austrian Alps in front of the front door in the summer on mountain tours and in the winter on ski tours.
